Located in the heart of Western New Providence’s commercial district, Island Warehouse & Storage (IWS) is designed to serve the needs of the commercial, professional, and residential communities across The Bahamas. Our facility provides secure, flexible solutions for business operations, retail distribution centers, as well as personal and corporate storage.

Positioned directly opposite the Airport Industrial Park and adjacent to the new Westfield Commerce Park, IWS is located at #1 Nelson Road, on the corner of Nelson Road and Rock Plant Road. The new Frank Watson Corridor, currently under construction, will provide direct highway access from Adelaide, Nelson, and Windsor Road.

Our strategic location just west of LPIA makes IWS ideally suited for showrooms, commercial and wholesale operations, and retail distribution centers. We are minutes away from Albany, Charlotteville, Old Fort Bay, Lyford Cay, and Windsor Estates.

IWS offers units ranging from 250 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. Units feature state-of-the-art construction with overhead and walk-through doors, ceiling heights up to sixteen feet for racking, and full forklift accessibility. Units are available dry, air-conditioned, or fully climate-controlled with dehumidification—ideal for safe and secure storage of sensitive items such as furnishings, artwork, wine collections, and archived documents. Outdoor storage options are also available for items not requiring cover.

To support seamless operations, we provide Starlink and cable fiber internet, along with generator-backed electrical capacity to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and power.
